Use the tool. Check the output.

These terms describe how you may use FileChomp.

Service

FileChomp provides browser-based file utilities. Features, supported formats, limits, and availability may change. A successful browser download does not guarantee that every third-party website or application will accept the output.

Who may use the service

The current tools are available without an account. If you cannot legally agree to these terms where you live, use the service only with a parent, guardian, or other person who can agree for you.

Your files and rights

You are responsible for having the right to process the files you select and for complying with applicable law. Do not use the service to infringe rights, bypass security, distribute harmful material, or abuse the website.

Your files remain yours

Selecting a file does not transfer ownership to FileChomp. The current converter processes it on your device and does not receive a licence to store or reuse its contents.

Verify important output

Keep the original file and inspect the result before relying on it. Compression and format conversion can change quality, metadata, transparency, color, dimensions, compatibility, or file size.

Availability and enforcement

The operator may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue a feature, and may block activity that threatens the service, other visitors, or applicable rights. No account or paid plan is currently required for the listed browser tools.

No warranty

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FileChomp does not promise uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular legal, medical, archival, compliance, or professional requirement.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of, inability to use, or reliance on converted output. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility or consumer right that applicable law does not allow the operator to exclude.

Applicable law

The mandatory laws that apply to the operator or to you still apply. These terms do not remove any consumer right that the law where you live does not allow the operator to exclude.
